Nordic Night Blizzard

A Nordic inspired hotsauce with wild berry taste - followed by pleasant lingering heat from red habaneros.

Reddish-purple color, nice smooth consistency and a fruity fresh smell which brings back memories of Scandinavian late summer.
Only misses the pinetrees to make that illusion complete.

Made with fermented superripe red Habaneros, Onions and Garlic and added a healthy dose of dark Blueberries and a smidgen of Carolina Reaper for the kick.

Good for venison, dark meat, roasted pork ....even enjoyable direct from the fridge, a spoonful "on the rocks" to wake up the tastebuds.
(or to get your daily dose of vitamin C.)

Tropical Thunder

Smooth yellow as the late August sun, pungent, 
creamy and garlicky as hell - sweet and fruity with a nice afterburner kick from the Ginger and Habanero.
 
Made with brine fermented ripe yellow Habaneros, sweet Mango, juicy Pineapple, lots of Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Papaya and Lime fruit. 


Gooood for light meat, roasted chicken, excellent with pork  barbeque and pulled pork sandwiches, and also eminent for spicing up your favorite Asian dish !

Shroooms!

The dusty green color might fool you, but as the rest of the hot vegetable stuff in our bottles, this ingredient is not a native of the green Scandinavian forests...
 
Made of fat juicy green Jalapeno's fermented with white Onion, Garlic and an abundance of white and brown Button Mushrooms - added a hearty dash of Scottish Highland Whisky post pasteurization :) 

Good for Steaks....Burgers, Mexican food, and everything else you could ever imagine puttin' a spicy smooky hot mushroom taste on .

Pizza Hurricane

The one and only for Italian food lovers.
Same color as, but this will make you forget all about the Tabasco brand.
 
Pretty simple, but none the less filled with good stuff:

Ripe red Habaneros, white Onion, Garlic, red Bell Peppers - fermented to a nice roundness and full-bodied taste - pasteurized with Tomatoes, more fresh red Bell Peppers and a touch of Rosemary & Bay leaves 

Will spice up your Pizza, Pasta, Spaghetti or Lasagna with a pleasant kick, good strong garlic taste, will supplement your favorite Mediterranean dish, or give a new life to your Bloody Mary's

Lemonized.

Green is good... More Green, more good.

This one also brags with the color from the Jalapeno's in its base - but with a little help by green Lime Zest and Pears.

The Trio mentioned above, fermented in brine, together with Onion, Garlic, and Lemongrass.

Taste is a lot of freshness ´from the Lime, a touch of sweetness from the Pears, and a not to spicy kick from the Jalapenos.   

Could add a nice touch to your Asian dish, a bit of whooomp your salad or some los picantos to your Taco.

Also ---> Makes a mean sauce for potato chips when mixed with crème fraiche or yogurt naturel.
